We operate from the United Kingdom and sell products globally, including to customers in the European Union and United States.

By accessing this website or purchasing any product, you agree to these Terms.

2. Digital Products

• Online courses and training programmes • Downloadable templates, prompts, frameworks, and resources • Software tools, automations, and workflows • Guides and instructional materials No physical goods are supplied.

3. Licence & Permitted Use

Upon purchase, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence for:

• Internal business use

You may not:

• Share, resell, sublicense, or redistribute products • Grant access to third parties • Upload products to repositories or shared drives • Create competing or derivative products • Claim ownership or authorship 4. Enterprise, Agency & Multi-User Use Unless explicitly authorised in writing:

• Licences apply to one individual or one internal business entity • Team-wide, agency, or client-facing use is prohibited • Products may not be reused across multiple clients Enterprise or bulk licences require a separate agreement.

5. Intellectual Property

All content and materials are the intellectual property of AI Systems Vault or its licensors. No ownership rights are transferred.

6. Courses, Memberships & Lifetime Access • Access is provided for the duration stated at purchase • “Lifetime access” refers to the lifetime of the product, not the user • Content may be updated, modified, or discontinued Updates are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated.

7. Business Customers (B2B)

Where products are purchased for business purposes:

• Consumer protections may not apply

• All implied warranties are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law • Products are provided “as-is” and do not constitute professional consultancy 8. Global, EU & US Legal Responsibility Global Use You are responsible for compliance with all applicable local and international laws.

European Union

We do not act as an AI provider or deployer under the EU AI Act. You are responsible for compliance with EU AI, data protection, and sector-specific laws.

United States

Products are provided “as-is” and “as available”, with no implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted by US law.

9. Pricing, Currency & Taxes

Prices are shown at checkout. Customers are responsible for applicable VAT, sales tax, or digital service taxes.

10. Website Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access and may modify or discontinue products or services at any time.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AI Systems Vault is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of data, profits, or business opportunities.

12. Enforcement

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access without refund for violations of these Terms.
